Currently, we do not offer home delivery. Customers must pick up their orders directly from the designated shop listed on the product page.

5. Can I return a product if I don’t like it?

Returns are only accepted in cases of damage, defects, or incorrect items, and the return request must be raised within 3 days of purchase.

6. How do I request a return or refund?

Go to the ‘My Orders’ section, fill out the Return Request Form, and our customer care team will review the details and contact you for confirmation.

7. How long does a refund take?

After confirmation and approval, refunds are processed within 7 working days using the original payment method.
