Return Eligibility:
Products can be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for return, the product must:
Be unused and in original condition
Include all original packaging, tags, and invoice
Be applicable only in cases of wrong item delivered, transit damage, or manufacturing defect
Return Process:
To initiate a return, you must fill out the return request form available in the ‘My Orders’ section on our website.
Once the form is submitted, our customer care team will review the request and evaluate it based on return/refund conditions.
If your request meets all conditions, our team will contact you via phone to confirm the details before proceeding.
After confirmation and return of the product in acceptable condition, your refund will be processed.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during the original transaction.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after confirmation.
Non-Returnable Products:
Products that are used or damaged due to customer handling
Batteries, straps, and customized/personalized items
Items returned without original packaging or invoice
Exchange Policy:
Exchanges are available only for defective products and are subject to stock availability.
Important Note:
We do not offer pick-up service for returns. Customers must return the product to the shop from where it was originally collected.
